Iris’s Thai Chicken Pineapple Curry
Pizza Dough
1 C warm water
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
Dissolve yeast until it starts to bubble. Then add
2 Tbs OLIVE Oil
1 tsp Salt
3 C Flour
Knead well (about 15-20 minutes), then place on a clean, slightly oiled surface and cover with a metal bowl. Let rise in warm area for 1 hour. Lightly punch down, cover and let rise for another 20 minutes. Remove and roll out into a nice round about 1/2” thick. Oil pan or dust with cornmeal. Top with your favorites and bake at 475-500 (depending on your oven) for 10 minutes!
To stuff your crust, cut cheese sticks in half (length-wise) place on edge of crust and roll in. Seal dough with a tiny bit of water.
